SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

Normally all orders will be shipped out within 3 to 7 business days after order confirmation. Please note, due to an unusual high volume of orders recently which caused a incredible insufficient supply, orders will be shipped within 2 weeks.


We will send out a shipping confirmation with the tracking number via email after the packaging handled by our shipping carrier.


We use specific shipping line for the product since the chemical refrigerant inside. So it won’t be trackable before the package arrives at the destination country.


You can use the tracking number in the shipping confirmation to track the package after it arrive at your local shipping carrier. ( DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT, USPS, Post Express & more)


The delivery estimation is generated by specific country on the average delivery time frames. (see below for estimated delivery time for each courtiers) We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs duties or goods inspection from the custom side.


Please make sure all shipping information has been provided correctly and completely. We are not responsible for any shipping delay due to missing information.

Return & Exchange Policy

Cancellation

We accept order cancellation for a full refund before the product is shipped or produced. We cannot cancel the order if the product has already shipped out. 


 

2 WEEKS HASSLE FREE RETURNS

We're giving you a 14-day, risk-free money-back guarantee on our products. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We offer full refunds, minus the cost of expedited shipping, or minus the cost of shipping. The refund is only for products that have returned to us in new condition. The customer is responsible for covering the cost of shipping products back to us. If your item is damaged or defective, we will be happy to repair or replace it. We will send you an email confirmation and issue the refund to your PayPal account or your credit card as soon as we receive the returned item in a respectable condition. It will take a few days until the bank posts the refund to your account.

 

Returns (if applicable)

We are happy to accept the return beyond the 14 days hassle-free return window but within the 1-year warranty. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

All returns need to be proved as defective through the video before sending back for a replacement or refund. Please upload the video to Google Drive and share it with info@madmachine.io for approval for return.

 

Please note, our party will not cover the shipping cost for return.

 

Restocking Fees

MadMachine does not charge restocking fees for returns of defective products. If you have received the wrong product or we have made some other shipping error, there will be NO restocking fees, provided the item is within its return policy period.

 

If you follow our return process and your return is within the item’s return policy period, you will receive a full refund to the original form of payment for the following items:

 

When You return:

Defective items (no fault of customer) Unopened items returned in the original condition as shipped the wrong item shipped You receive 100% of the item’s purchase price

 

Partial refunds

You may receive a partial refund to the original form of payment for the items listed below.

 

When You return Non-defective items that are returned opened and within the item’s return policy period

You receive 80% of the item’s purchase price.

 

When you return that are returned unopened and unused but beyond the return policy period

You receive 70% of the item’s purchase price.

 

Returns received in any of the following conditions may be rejected or may receive an up to 40% partial refund:

Items not in original condition, damaged, missing accessories, retail box, or showing obvious misuse Physical user damage

 

AFTER-SALES SERVICE

 If any product arrives at the customer damaged or incorrect, please contact our customer's service team ( info@madmachine.io ) to get a repair.

Any return or refund must contact info@madmachine.io

 For the return package, please arrange it by express.

The items should be returned to the correct address as instructed. If the products are returned to the wrong address, we will keep the right to refuse refund due to not receive returned products.

All returned goods will be inspected for functions, damage, and authenticity upon receipt.

WARRANTY


MadMachine includes a 1 Year built-in warranty. If your device isn't working properly, we'll be happy to service it and return it in working order or replace it with a new one. Please note that customers are responsible for shipping products back to us. Only the original buyer may use the warranty. If you would like to replace or repair your MadMachine, please contact us at info@madmachine.io. You will be asked to provide a receipt or invoice of your purchase, confirm your name, order number and date of purchase in order to receive a Return Authorization from us. If you ship a product back to us for return or repair, be sure to wrap and pack it properly so that no damage is caused to it during shipping, as we are only able to provide refunds for unopened, unused products in new condition. Any damages to the product caused during shipping are not covered under the terms of this Warranty.

If you are shipping a product back to us, please make sure to provide us with a tracking number so that we can track its journey back to us.
